Session on Time Management for KS5 Students

Next month, I’m due to deliver a session to a group of sixth-form students on time management with a particular focus on procrastination. You can access the booklet I’ll use by clicking here.

My plan is to start with a nice bit of general quizzing. For example…

And I’ll then explore what some of the research says on procrastination.  For example…

After that, we’ll read and discuss an academic paper on some of the reasons why many men between the ages of 35-44 are likely to delay or avoid seeking help from medical practitioners and then attempt to make connections with our own tendencies to procrastinate.

And I’ll finish by offering what I hope will be some practical advice.  For example…

Everything you need is in the booklet.   Hope it’s useful –
